I've always believed that preparation opens the door that leads to opportunity. 20 years ago while starting my career at Microsoft I never dreamed that my opportunity would be found on the opposite side of the world, in Vietnam.

I have built multiple companies, one of which was recently acquired by Web MD, and have helped countless others establish their Global Talent strategies in Vietnam.

As the founding member of the Entrepreneur's Organization Vietnam I have been blessed with chance to work with and learn from some amazing people.

This blog is both a memoir of my journey and a glimpse into the future of tech in Vietnam.
